Free Returns and Exchanges within 30 Days: We offer our customers the flexibility to initiate returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving the product. Whether you change your mind or encounter an issue with the item, we've got you covered.

Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange a product, simply return the item to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange within 2 days. You will be notified via email once the new item is dispatched.

Note: For exchanges initiated due to personal preferences, a supplementary fee of $9.9 USD will apply to cover shipping costs.

Refund Process: For customers seeking a refund, kindly send the item back to our designated warehouse within 30 days of receiving your order. We will process the refund within 3 days of receiving the returned item. Please allow approximately 7-12 working days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please photograph the issue and contact us immediately. We will address the matter within 3 working days and promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Customer-Initiated Damage: We regret that we cannot offer compensation or accept returns for items damaged by customers themselves.
